Bad habits:
About two years ago, I used to eat junk food and I didn't do exercise, because I didn't have free time to prepare healthy food and go running in the morning. I never organized my time to go running and I ate fast food almost daily. I was overweight and I felt sad, so I decided to make a change.
At first, I started eating vegetables and less bread, soda, juice, candies, chips and fast food. I felt better early and I really liked it. Then, I organized my schedules. Soon, I decided to go runnning 30 minutes, at night, 6 days of the week. After a while, I lost 10 pounds and also I'm relaxed.
Now, I keep in shape by eating healty and go running daily about 40 minutes.

About two years ago, I went to a scout camp because my friend invited me, she told me that we would only be there for two days and to bring only the necessary things.
SK.
To begin with, she told me that we needed a place to set up camp, I didn't really know much so she chose the place.
After that, went for a walk to get to know the place but I slipped because it had rained and the ground was wet. My friend tried to carry me back to the camp but I couldn't walk so I just sat there and she went to get help.
After a while, she didn't come back so I decided to look for the camp but I got lost.
In the end, my friend found me after 1 hour and I had to go back home to go to the doctor.

About a year ago, I was doing my homework. I thought about why it was taking me so long to do activities. In that semester, I had an ugly schedule. My classes started at 7:00 am, and it ended at 9:00 pm with two or three free hours, but I needed some time to do my homework and other activities, and I thought I needed to get organized and take breaks.
At first, I thought it was not necessary to make lists because I knew what to do. Then, I decided to try that I wouldn't lose anything.
To begin with, I made a list of all my activities on the day for all my days. Then, I thought about which activities were most important, and I put in order from more important to least important.
Soon, I put specific hours for each of the activities, and I respected the time of each one, but I put hours from brakes, too.
After a while, I got used to organizing my time and activities, and I always do it. In the end, I learned to dedicate time to everything. I'm not the best organizer, but I'm not afraid of the time and my duties. Now I have free time!

To begin with, I studied on my own. It was something easy, but they can't explain it to me very well.
So, after that, I started reading books related to my career and what I was studying.

HEALTH
A couple of months ago I decided to lose weight, mainly to feel better about myself and avoid inherited diseases.
First I started doing exercises for beginners and so little by little I increased my intensity, put aside laziness and put in an effort; It was difficult to start the process and maintain it, after weeks I started cycling that was easy, I relaxed and had fun doing it.
I soon realized that if I did not support myself on a diet, I could not progress as I wanted.
So in the end what I try to do is respect the diet and be consistent in exercising.

To begin with, I made a list with two categories, variable and fixed expenses, this idea I took from a financial book, after that, I checked all those expenses, and I discarded all unnecessary, then I made a plan for my payments for example electrician's bill, internet or rent. These changes were difficult but necessary. In the end, I saved money to get a hitch and buy my car.

In my case it was difficult to stop drinking juice to start drinking water, I started drinking 500 ml of water and little by little I increased the amount.
It was difficult at first because all the food combined better with juice or soda, but I had to replace it with water, it was difficult but I managed it, now my body got used to drinking enough water and I feel fine.

At first, I started doing that less often and I started to do some excersise at home. Then, when I was 19, I started learning boxing and spotepped smoking once for all, because I noticed that it was difficult to breath.
I'm 23 and I've never smoked again. Now I'm a very disciplined athlete and a very skilled amateur boxer. I'm proud of myself and what I've done.

About six months ago, I was coming down the stairs and I slipped and fell. I didn't know what to do and I was very scared. I had to go to the doctor for a checkup on my knee. Then they sent me to carry out some studies to see if I had a greater damage.
A few days passed and the result of the study came out that first, I had to schedule an operation to solve my pain. My doctor told me it was the best option, so that I would be better. Which was a good idea to continue practicing any type of exercise.
At first, I had a hard time getting over this and using crutches as I felt weird about not being able to walk, but I know it was part of the process that I had to go through. After that, he suggested that I do physical rehabilitation therapy to have a speedy recovery.
In the end I learned that I must go down the stairs carefully without any distraction.

Hello, my name is Javier
Tonight I'm going to talk to you about some bad habits I have, during my forties I have developed procrastination and I think it's a very bad habit, I usually leave things to the last like tasks or projects and sometimes thinking that I have a lot of time I end up not doing them and not fulfilling them. I had also started to spend too much money on video games because not being able to go out and only being able to stay at home was very boring, so my bank account started to reduce its funds :(. One day I looked in the mirror and decided I had to change, and started making changes to my routine, instead of leaving everything to the end I now use timers to measure my time and make sure I am doing as much as possible with my time and not wasting it doing nothing, I have stopped playing video games and bought gym equipment to work out at home and get back in shape.

I´m going to talk about for my bad habits.
A year ago, when the pandemic started, I started having bad eating habits and gained weight. I stopped exercising and didn't feel good about myself, so I decided to make a change.

To begin with, most of the time, I had a lot of anxiety, so I ate to reduce it, but I began to feel more tired and heavier because I maintained a weight of 57 kg when I am 1.68 and I reached 67 kg.

After that, I sought help and they prescribed exercise at home to distance myself and a diet according to my needs and soon I began to stop having bad habits, much better.

At the end lost about 7 kilos and I feel much better.

At first, I eliminate my profile then I removed the app
I think it could be difficult but actually it was really easy. Soon, I started to do other things like housework, go for a walk, play with my pet, help with my mom's work, and save some money for me.

After a week that I got to know , I made the next plane; I learned to listen to her and knew, for example: what she like, feelings, personality and values. Once I was sure I wanted something with her, I was sincere and expressed my feelings for her.

The most difficult thing was that she chose me because there was someone who loved her the same and the easiest thing was that he invited her to eat.

once, I accompanied her to the hidalgo subway and we said goodbye because according to her she had an engagement and I was already going home when she called me on the phone and told me that she would rather go out with me than go to that engagement.

Finally, On January of 2020 we got together and I am so grateful to God for allowing me to have such a valuable woman by my side as a life partner.

When I was 13 years old, I was in the last year of high school and I had to study for the COMIPEMS, but the pandemic came and afected my way of studying, so I went to Michoacán to study.
When I started studying there, I had problems with me, I was stressed, sometimes I couldn't sleep or I didn't eat.
I lost weight and my hours of sleep were reduced to 4 or 5 hours, I was in Michoacán maybe 2 or 3 months.
Then when I was to present my exam, it was easiest, I have to say that I slept before the exam. Well finally I can recover my weight and my hours of sleep.

I think that the worst thing that you can do is study a lot, may be you have good results, but you have bad results too.
