i have 2 years that i'm not doing exercise and i feel bad for this, but i'm ready for start a change in my love. At first, I'll eating healthier food then I go to sleep earlier , after than I'll start a run for thirty minut twice a week, soon i'll fell better and i'll change my rutin with more excercise in the end, i hope not change my new rutin.

How i changed my body and life
When i was 13 yeras old, i really was a fatguy, to begin with, i used to eat junk food also i used to sleep much and this kind of things was bad for my body and health, i looked tired and fat, so i decided to make a change.
First i started eating less meal and also less "tortillas", after that, i leaved the soda, leaved soda and junk food it was easy, but, leaved candies and Bimbo products it was very difficult, but at the end i made it.
Next to all this changes in my lifestyle, i decided start with excercise, i joined to taekwondo lessons, i didn´t espect how difficult it was start, my body couldn´t follow the ritm, after a while i succeded wat i want, i complety changed my body, i losed weight and i looked more younger, happy and i felt much better.
Today y feel much better, these days, instead of thinking about my past i prefer think in the future and continue to work in my body progress.
Finally i want to say to all of you, changes always it is possible.

To begin with, I want to be healthier after the pandemic, because through this year, I had a bad habit of sitting all the time, while I was in virtual classes, I used to go swimming and with this global problem, I stopped exercising.
At first I started doing the Chloe Thing abs challenge on YouTube for not to lose the condition, but it isn't the same as having an instructor who can correct you in what you do wrong or put different exercises.
Then I started doing more and different routines to do something different and not get bored.
At first the routines were a bit heavy but after a week, my body got used to it and the routines became easy, the difficult thing was when I stopped exercising one weekend, I stopped doing it but my friends started exercising too and that was my inspiration.
I did not expect to swim again but they opened some days and I went back to swim, not like before but to recover my rhythm, in the end I combined the routines in the morning, with skating in the afternoons and going swimming on weekends. I really lost weight and my condition improved a lot.

Living to change

About two year ago, I was working as a waiter and receptionist in Zipolite, Oaxaca. It was frustrated for me because I´m marine biologist, but after graduating a try to get a job I couldn´t find it. My bests friend Ana gives a temporal job, so, I would not get depressed.
To begin with, I put down my frustration and started to solve them. Every morning I ran or walked around of 4 km. I had little time to have finished my university degree. At first, I enjoyed my new job and I started looking for master with microalgaes. After that, I found a good master in CICIMAR, IPN in La Paz, B.C.S. I contacted a researcher and talked with her about my academic interests. Soon, I applied for the exams but I couldn´t pass the statistics. Again, I was sad. But I didn´t give up and tried again. This time I passed the exam. I was happy!. Then, I worked a saved money to support the first months without a scholarship.
In the end, I am studying a great master with a very good research team and they help me all the time despite the problems arising from the pandemic for COVID-19

About two years ago, I used to smoke a lot of cigarettes and I didn't use to clean my room.
Then I realized that I had to make a change.
At first I started waking up earlier and I thought It would be better to do exercise or maybe just go for a run in the morning.
After a while, I started cleaning my room then do the homework, It was 1:00 pm and I haven't someked any cigarettes. I was studying in the afternoon, so, I had lots of things to do, I was focused on my obligations. But it was very diffucult to give up smoking
I wanted cigarettes again at the weekend. It isn't easy I said to myself
After that I found something else to distract me, I started learning how to play drums and learn English apart from my school.
In the end I realized I have been healthier and I was doing better things instead of smoking a lot and hurt myself. Today sometimes I smoke only 1 cigarette and I want to give up completely

Living to change "Adriana Huerta"

About one years ago,, I used to eat a lot food fries and I was overweight. I was really terrible and I feel baddier about myself, so I decided to make a change.

To begin with, I gave up to start a diet which wasn´t too easy.
I´m about 1.50 m tall and weight went up 62 kg. So after that I decided I need to starT exercising, too.

After a while, I feeling to exhaust and that´s when I started to less run or walk. Is more difficult, but I was running and I had to stop for about one week. I was surprised how much I missed it.

In the end, I lost almost 10 kg and now I weight just 52 kg, I happier for just results.

How I change my diet and my body.
About 2 years ago, I used to get ill frequently and I felt tired or unmotived because I spent most of the day in the collage and there I used to eat fast food and everybody knows why, because it's faster and cheaper than other options but that diet, the waste of energy and the stress they made me lose weight and I felt terrible but a friend of mine help me to get out of that situation.
To begin with, I started to organized my times to cook/made healthy food like salads, chicken fajitas, peanut butter sandwich, pasta and I started drinking water all day long. Then, I started to doing exercises to gain the mass I lose but it was difficult becasue I was so unfit.
In the end, I can say that I felt much better now. I gain 4 kilos and I felt healthy, stronger and energetic.

Two years ago, I didn't use to save money. I spent all my money on unnecessary things. I didn't feel very well about it, so I decided to make a change.

To begin with, I started to save some money in a piggy bank. I saved $10 daily. At the beginning It was difficult. After a while, It became a habit.

I've always been good at making money, but not saving it. At first, as I said, I saved only $10.

In the end, I was able to save more money and invest it in more useful things.

Now I have two businesses, and a debit card where I can manage and receive my money. I'm proud to have done this change in my life.

A year ago, I used to spend money in things that I didn't need, so I decided to make a change.
To begin with, I started selling some of the things that I bought and was useless for me. After that, I started eating in my house, it was really helpful for me.
After a while, I began having a great habit to save money.
Soon, I started to investment my money in little projects, all of the things that I bought was totally an investment, not a waste anymore.
In the end, I was able to save money and used it in special things or necessary things. I felt better with me in all the senses.

You should think about the things that you like, because if you don´t like your university degree, you will be frustrated. You have time to choose what do you want to study. You can enter to study groups. If you like something, you will search study plans for differents universities.

About two years ago, I used to spend a lot of money on things that l didn´t really need. For example, I used to go to the shopping center and I bought a lot of clothes and junk food, so I decided to make a change.46
To begin with, I gave up eating junk food which was too difficult. Then I start eating healthy food like salad, vegetables soap, fruits and drinking water. After that I didn´t want to go to the shopping center because I read a book that helps me. It was a terrible experience because I wanted to go shopping but I didn´t have enough money because I had run out of money. After a while, I found a job as a waitress and I started earning my own money. Soon, I used that money to start studying accounting to finance my money and invest.
In the end, I was able to go to the shopping center and I didn´t buy anything. These days, I feel happy with myself.
