Inter 2 7D - CHANGES

 

Let me tell you about a problem I had. I used to spend  a lot of

money on stupid things like sweets, soda, beer, junk food and other

things that I didn´t really need, so I decided to make a change.

 

To begin with, I started to eat healthy food, no more junk food.

After that, I stopped drinking beer and soda which was a difficult

thing to do. I love soda. But then I noticed I was spending

more money. Healthy food is not as cheap as I expected. I went

to see a nutriologist and my mother is helping me with my finances.

Soon I could save some money.

 

In the end I can say that I feel much better now. I´m saving money.

I even opened an account to have money for the future.

Good day!
Something that I want and should change in my life is the way I study.
Start by having my schedules well established, do homework right after they leave it, study more of the educational program.
The difficult thing is that I get distracted, or I get lazy. The easy thing is that I don't have classes that often.
Something that I didn´t expect to happen is that the space around me or the place where I am really affects my learning a lot, as well as my desire to study or do more things.
In the end, if I´m studying every time I have time or tasks to do, more than anything else what has worked for me is to pay full attention to the class at the time, without distractions and that makes me feel good because when taking an evaluation I pass it without studying previously.

About three years ago. I use to smoke and I was unfit and I didn’t feel good because every time practiced jogging I got really tired so I decided to make change.

To begin with I started walking for 1 hour every day, I was going faster until I started running gradually I increased the distance after 3 weeks 2 km of 2.5 km and then 3… every day, so I felt very good that I decided to give up smoking forever.

Then I began doing hiking it was easy at fist, I used to hick climb only 800 m of elevation but after six month, I am able to hick climb 2000 m of elevation.

Today I feel much better, I feel really fit and healthy. it's great to know what we can do.

Living to change, Money.

When I was start to work I didn´t save money, all my money is spend on unnecessary things.Now I think that this situatión is a bad habit, so I decided to save money for an emergency or to buy a car.
To begin, I decide don´t buy unnecessary things, for example;hand bags, shoes and clothing that I don´t needed or shop online during the pandemic. Then, I started to save money.
At first, when I wanted shop online anything I was wondering if I really needed it. After that, I decided not buy it and prefer save money for an emergency. It was not easy but I can do it.

In the end, I have saved money and learn a good habit for my life because only buy what I really need and now I feel very happy for this change in my life.

Living to change.
About two years ago I used to work in the company I decided to quit my job. Because it was important to me I didn´t feel very good I am bored of doing the same I decided to make a change.
To begin with I thought it was the best for me and my family. I had been working in that place for 15 years. I decided I needed to start over.
At first, I took a two weeks break, after then I took a break, I decide to start a business. My husband and I talked about what business they would put us.
After a while we decided to put a stationery. Soon, we started to buying from the business,
In the end we work in our own business and spend more time with our children.

I want to share with you what I experienced five years ago. I worked in Mexico City and my home is in the state of Mexico, so I had to leave home very early and use public transport where I was a victim of robberies on the bus, these acts made me feel insecure because of so I decided I needed to make a change.

To begin with, I started changing jobs, I decided to quit and look for a new job near my home. After that, I stopped using public transportation, which was somewhat difficult and very expensive. I love going out for a walk with my family and friends. But then I realized that I was spending a lot of money on transportation, I used to travel by taxi every day.

Then I started to learn to drive, it was difficult at first. But after a month it was easier. In the end, I ended up buying a car, I feel safer, more comfortable and I can save money, my work is close to my home and I have time to do other activities.

It's amazing, I am happy to have made this change in my life!!

About six months ago, I used to work all my days all the time. I haven't time for practice my English, so I decided to study and make a change.

To begin with, I searched virtual English course , then I signed up to the placement test and made the interview . After that I selected night class schedule because I believed it was the best for me.

After a while I had to organize my work days and my daily work home because since then I'm working in home office.

But then one day I felt so tired an worried and decided to change my schedule classes al morning.

However, when I started to practice English en the mornings was much easier than I think.

In the end I feel so much safer to understand and listen english and I'm planning to practice my speaking with my husband.

Something that I have been trying for many years without success is learning to drive. Since I was 18 years old my dad tried to teach me, but in addition to the fact that he wasn´t very patient, I have always been nervous. Having a car has never been a priority for me. For this reason I just got my driver’s license, but I never really learned properly.
I think I've tried a couple of times since then, and even though I've been able to "move" a car on a few extreme occasions, I don't think I know how to drive.
It's been 20 years since tried for the first time. However, now I have a baby and I think I really need to learn to drive. I hope to reach it this year.
My plan is to be able to practice a little some weekends at times where there isn´t much traffic. I really hope to get this goal in my life.
